It was ideally located in Tain, really close to a quiet area surrounded by farms and fields, the grounds of the B and B and restaurants. Moreover, it was 3 km from an intriguing museum.

I recently had an enjoyable stay at a charming countryside retreat near Tain. The location of this hotel was great, with stunning views of the surrounding farmland. It was also conveniently situated near the NC500 route and close to the local town of Tain, making it easy to explore the area and visit attractions like the Glenmorangie and Dalmore distilleries. The rooms were clean and tidy, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The basic amenities, including a toilet, shower, and cooking facilities, were a bonus, especially for those traveling with a restless sleeper. The hotel had a lovely terrace and outside stairs, which would be ideal for a longer stay. And I must mention the amazing breakfast—the spread was exceptional and left us feeling satisfied for the day.

All in all, everything was fantastic—no complaints!

The apartment I got was included with good shower. A dishwasher, coffee/tea making equipment and an oven were available too. The hotel was ideally placed. I spent 2 nights and would return anytime.
